New Artifact Displays

If you’re headed to CHM this fall, be sure to check out two new display cases in the CHM lobby. In one, you’ll have a very good chance of finding the first computer mouse that you ever used. The display spans nearly five decades of mouse design, from 1964 when they were lab curiosities, all the way up to 2000.

Another display showcases some of the remarkable technology behind helping people to hear, including an early hearing aid and a speech processor used for Stanford experiments with patients who had cochlear implants. Learn more in this article.
